This year we once again will be serving over 200 children and our desire is to be able to give each child four gifts. Sarah Howell Meet Our New Staff Members Sarah Howell is one of two new staff members who joined ECFA on April 21st. Sarah studied Human Development and Family Sciences at Northern Illinois University. She completed her MSW at Aurora University. Sarah is an experienced therapist with a deep passion for children in foster care. Her background makes her a wonderful addition to our Intact Family Services team.
