Part-Time Counseling Supervisor

Location: Wheaton

Hours: Up to 15 hours per week (includes some evening hours)

Compensation: $20–$23 per hour

Position Summary

Evangelical Child and Family Agency (ECFA) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Counseling Supervisor to support our counseling team. This role involves providing clinical supervision, ensuring documentation accuracy, and offering direct counseling services to a small caseload.

​

Key Responsibilities

· Provide clinical supervision to two part-time counselors

· Review counseling case files quarterly

· Approve reports, social history assessments, and service plans

· Attend bi-monthly supervisor meetings

· Provide direct counseling services to 2–4 individuals or families

​

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Social Work or a related counseling field

· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the counseling field

· Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

· Alignment with ECFA’s Christian mission and values

o Must agree with and sign ECFA’s Statement of Faith

o Support ECFA’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values

o Actively participate in an evangelical Christian church
