On May 1, 1950 ECFA (EWA at that time) began serving vulnerable women and children. In this 75th year of serving others, we continue our mission of providing hope and healing to children, adults, and families, through compassionate, trauma-informed, Christcentered, quality social services from a biblical perspective.

With a vision of improving the quality of life for individuals and families and to protect and nurture abused, neglected, and dependent children, we continue to serve the vulnerable through our four life-affirming programs!
