Isabella Tarlach joined the team on December 11th and found her new colleagues immersed in the toy drive and pitched in sorting, wrapping, delivering presents, and meeting families with other case managers. She begins her formal training in the new year.

Isabella has over four years experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this role she was responsible for implementing behavioral plans and designated interventions for clients with a variety of behavioral conditions. She also has an in-depth knowledge of treatment plans and modification strategies.

Isabella earned her BA in Psychology and Neuroscience Certificate at Wheaton College. She earned an MA in Special Education from the University of Oklahoma and a certificate of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
