Current ECFA staff had the pleasure of hearing from former ECFA staff member, Tom Idichandy, during our November staff meeting. Tom was on staff from 1968 to 1994 and during many of those years he was our Director of Professional Services. Tom shared how working at a Christian organization had a huge impact on his family, his faith, and his culture. He also shared how impactful he found ECFA to be to those we have served and continue to serve. He encouraged staff with his words of wisdom about doing the Lord’s work. It was very special to have Tom visit almost 30 years after his retirement.
