Hello, we are Taylor and Heidi. While we don’t know what has brought you to our profile, we’re grateful for the chance to share a bit about ourselves. If we could, we’d love to sit with you over coffee or tea, but since that’s not possible, here’s a glimpse into our life. We strive to be a family rooted in faith, walking together as a team, serving others. The reality of our day to day is that we own and operate an architecture and design practice while also teaching at the local college. We work hard but also prioritize time for fun. This looks like playing games with friends, weekly family dinners, adventuring outside, running (for Heidi) or biking (for Taylor), enjoying new music, or trying to tire out our overactive five-year-old dog, Leon.

 

We met in college and have been learning and growing side by side ever since. Adoption has been in our hearts since the beginning of our marriage twelve years ago, and we’ve always seen it as a first-choice path to growing our family in God’s timing and control. The opportunity to become adoptive parents is a privilege. We are committed to loving your child(ren), honoring their identity as your child(ren), and embracing exactly who they are. Our greatest hope is that they be surrounded by love, security, and encouragement, growing into a life of compassion and care for others.
