Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce ourselves and for considering us as a potential family. We know that right now may be a very uncertain time and we don't know what brought you down this path so before we introduce ourselves we want to take a moment to say that no matter what choice you make, we believe you are brave enough to face whatever lies ahead and that you will always be loved and are being prayed for by our family each day.

So why do we want to adopt again? We have always dreamed of having children and soon after getting married we were so excited to start our family. When we began to talk about kids we were very open to growing our family in whatever way God had planned for us. We prayed and asked God to make it as clear as possible how we would grow our family. After an infertility diagnosis we decided that we felt a strong desire to adopt rather than pursuing fertility treatments. In 2023 we were blessed beyond measure with the placement of our sweet daughter “I”. We adopted her at 14 days old and she has been the greatest gift of our life. “I” has been the missing piece that our family needed and has brought nothing but joy to our daily lives. We would love nothing more than to add another member to our family and give our sweet girl a sibling.

So who are we?! Jake, Tori and “I”! Jake is a sweet and silly sports lover and Tori is a goofy elementary art teacher. We are both outgoing and love spending time with our family and friends including our nine amazing nieces and nephews. . “I” is our sweet 18 month old daughter. She loves dancing and drawing and playing with all of her cousins who we are fortunate to see often,

We enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors, hiking, kayaking and camping. We love music, cooking and going on adventures with our sweet pup Koop. 

What do we hope to provide? We hope to offer everything we have and then some to this child. We know our hearts are currently bursting with love that we can't wait to share with a baby. We are surrounded by a community who loves and celebrates all children. We promise to provide a safe home and be an advocate for this child. We pray to provide courage and strength to endure all of life's challenges and be someone to provide encouragement and joyful celebrations along the way. We also pray to pass on the hope and peace that come along from a life walking alongside the Lord.
